Auto shutdown (off) when print is finished

thingiverse

With this modification, the printer automatically shuts off 10 minutes after the print job is finished, no stand-by current required. Instructions Simply print with settings at 0.3 layer height @60mm/s. Attach the printbed connector to your printbed. Insert the switch in a way that it gets triggered by the printbed connector when fully extended. Ten minutes later, main power (230V) is automatically disconnected upon print completion. To activate printing, press the start button momentarily to initiate primary power (230V). Once the printer moves upwards (@24V), closing the main switch and energizing the condenser to 24V levels triggers the transistor closure and subsequent relay closure of primary power. As soon as printing ends, the Z-axis print head lowers towards its original position. Next, when the main switch opens and begins discharging stored energy from the capacitor to 0.8 volts (@24V), it causes the transistor to release the circuit break relay and instantly disengage main power to initiate system shutdown after ten minutes once it detects insufficient charge.
