auto-rewind adapter with fingers

This is my revised spool holder adapter with tension fingers. That should boost the range where the adapter functions compared to the standard version. There are several key parameters so it'll probably only work with the 44mm spool holder "standard" I'm using for all of my spring cores. Uploaded v4 on 2019-01-02; the finger thickness is significantly improved, resulting in a more springy feel. A large amount of code has been removed and the fingers are now essentially full-length. The design also embosses the ID/OD on the flange.
