Place some cleaning materials near the hotend during heat-up, such as steel wool. Position a cleaner at the bed's edge. Modify your start G-Code to move the hotend close to the cleaner. Then, execute M109 to heat up the hotend. After that, move the hotend to swipe the nozzle and begin modeling.
