This device allows for easy measurement of various materials such as flour and rice. Simply grasp the casing securely, align the hole at the top, and fill the hopper with your desired material. Next, turn the measurer 180 degrees to dispense the exact measured amount from the bottom outlet. It measures out .28 cups at a time, while the hopper can hold up to .61 of a cup.
