My bed connector is positioned in the rear of my printer, causing back sensor mounts to frequently collide with the connector during printing. To resolve this issue, I designed a front/left mount that attaches to the exterior of the fan. The slots for the barrel were intentionally oversized to approximately 9mm, eliminating the need for post-processing adjustments. To be honest, I initially assumed the fan screws would be positioned at a 45-degree angle relative to horizontal - they're not. Consequently, the mount has a slight lean to it, but still functions effectively. You can achieve an intentional aesthetic by simulating a tower of Pisa in your slicer.
