I printed "Pan Tilt Cat Laser by circuito" and decided to use the old SmartCitizen 1.1 board with its included wifi module, which is an Arduino + RN-131 combo. So from my side, I did a thorough job of preparing the board box and wrote the code to control it remotely via WiFi. BOM: 1.
