Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/5OI31DIBwSp I've discovered that drilling precise holes that can interact with this other part (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2922382) is a significant challenge. To resolve my drilling accuracy issue, I created this jig, which accepts these bunting bearings (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G8XDPUE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) Multiple versions were printed to calibrate the tight tolerances for steel. I found .04 inches larger than steel fits snugly, and .05 inches is nearly perfect.
