Auto bed-level for Prusa i3 Rework
thingiverse
The auto bed-level mount for i3 Rework extruder's parts can be printed without supports. It is designed using Tinkercad and can be copied and edited here: https://tinkercad.com/things/dsifjfE9IBQ-auto-bed-level-v3/. The mount attaches to the extruder via 2 M3 screws and has a spot for M3 nuts, enabling easy detachment if required. The Z-probe is versatile, permitting insertion of a servo-head, which can be glued with epoxy. It's a generic micro servo. In my case, I used Saintsmart endstops (PCB), replacing the actual endstop with a bigger one and wiring it to the Z-probe. Then, I mounted the PCB on top of the support, benefiting from the LED for calibration purposes.
