I created this as my contribution to spread awareness about Autism during Autism Awareness Month. My youngest son is on the autism spectrum, and together we're learning what it means to live a life with autism. As you can see, he approves of the puzzle piece. To print the heart design on top of the letters, start by printing only the letters first, then add the heart without removing them from the bed. Even with automatic leveling and mesh settings, they should still be 1 layer high and won't interfere with the process. Alternatively, you can print just the base without the letters; they're cut out anyway and will show through.
