Based on the original design found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1474469, I made some modifications to create a new version that's tailored to your needs. I eliminated the chamfered edge and incorporated a 5mm hole for attaching a keychain. This alteration gives the design a fresh look while maintaining its functionality.
