This jig simplifies installation, alignment, and tensioning of a ribbon in an Austin Ribbon Microphone Ribbon Motor (element) significantly. Visit www.diyribbonmic.com to discover more. Rick at DIY offers a great ribbon microphone kit that this jig makes easy to install a ribbon into the motor with.
