Aussie Twenty & Fiddy Cent Fidget Toys

Aussie Twenty & Fiddy Cent Fidget Toys

thingiverse

Fidget spinner that uses a high-quality 608 bearing and three Australian fifty cent pieces. The centre bearing caps are designed by idnarbjm on the Thingiverse website, at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1988435. When printed at a diameter of 22.25mm, the bearing has an interference fit, and the coins clip perfectly into place. However, it's possible that you may need to adjust the print settings if your printer tends to shrink prints or if the bearing needs to be secured with super glue due to looseness. Fortunately, my printer produced a perfect fit without any issues. I've added two updates to this design: on December 2, 2017, I included a version that uses six Australian twenty cent pieces; and on February 13, 2017, I provided a tighter tolerance file for the coins. You can download the print settings from Fiddy_Cent_Fidget_Toy_smaller.stl. Print Settings: Printer: Tevo Tarantula Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: I used ABS plastic for printing, but you can also use PLA with the same results.
