This is a versatile spool holder system (AUSR) designed for use with spools of varying diameters between 10cm and 30cm. It consists of four key components: the base, union, pin, and bearings. The AUSRBase has two positions, allowing for flexibility in setup. The AUSRUnion is a crucial part, ensuring secure connection to the machine bed. Four AUSRPins provide smooth spool rotation, minimizing friction and wear. A set of 608 bearings supports the pins, enabling precise motion. Update: As of June 12th, 2020, an updated version with bolts has been introduced. This new design features the AUSRBaseV2, which still offers two positions for adjustment. The AUSRUnion remains unchanged, providing a secure connection to the machine bed. Four AUSRBolts are used in place of pins, offering added stability and security. The 608 bearings continue to support the spool rotation, ensuring smooth motion.
