This sculpture, called "The Waves", is a work of art measuring 184 cm in height, carved from stone quarried at Sarrailh. It was inspired by the poetry of Francis Jammes, a close friend of sculptor Georges Clement de Swiecinski, who created this piece. The sculpture stands on the entrance porch of the Guéthary Museum in the Pyrenees-Atlantiques region of France.
