Aurora Z605 printer setup instructions for Z-axis upper support are as follows: Bearing is provided in the form of 608, 608Z, or 608ZZ, all measuring 8x22x7mm. The filament leader used is tengelyveg_v3plusz.stl. Z-axis end stops are configured with sony microswitches and tengelyveg_v32.stl. Standard Z-axis supports can be implemented using tengelyveg_v3.stl designs. Printer Settings Printer being used: Aurora Z605 No raft is printed. Supports are printed yes, set to 60% infill at 0.2 mm, 0.25 mm, and 0.3 mm resolutions with rectilinear pattern. Notes include support material specifications using slic3r for a contact distance of 0.2 mm, with a pillar pattern spacing of 2.5 mm, in two layers. Filament settings consist of PLA at head temperatures reaching up to 185 degrees Celsius and bed temperature set at 80 degrees Celsius; and ABS is also used under similar conditions of a maximum head temperature of 204 degrees Celsius and a minimum bed temperature of 90 degrees Celsius. Print speed can be achieved with ease using 45 mm per second rates.
