Aurora z605 (prusa i3) e3dV6 carriage support

Here is my carriage support design for E3D V6 (Lite or not) extruder on Aurora Z605 (Prusa i3) 3D Printer. I've carefully optimized it to minimize print space loss at the end of X and Z axes, as E3DV6 takes up some valuable space! To assemble this carriage, you'll need a few M3 screws and nuts - don't forget two super long M3 screws for the motor! The direct drive extruder I've used can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:147705. If you have an E3DV6 Lite, use this part instead: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:446424. Additionally, I recommend using this Z limit switch "configurable" part: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:662804. I did encounter a warning when printing Object 1, but after slicing with Cura, everything printed without issue! **Print Settings** * Printer: Aurora Z605 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill: As you like (50% for me) **Design Tools Used** I designed this carriage support using Autodesk 123D Design, and the source file is available upon request.
