We've added a longer frame to accommodate bigger projects, expanding the P3Steel's x-direction capabilities. We're grateful to Kasper T.K. for assisting with the design process when our expertise was limited. This is an extension of the original components required for creating a wider version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1579315, which features a 220x220x620 mm^3 build surface. You'll need: 1. An additional motor for z-axis operation (or possibly not, as we've used two motors). 2. Four extra linear bearings and two rods for the z-axis. 3. Longer x-axis rods. 4. Extended x-axis belts and longer z-axis belts. 5. A custom silicone pad for the bed heater (optional). The assembly follows the same design as http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1579315, requiring most components from the AUP3Steel to build this version. All drawings are included in .pdf format for visual inspection and .dxf for laser cutting and modification. Have fun printing with these expanded capabilities!
