
AUKEY PA-T11 charger enclosure to secure USB cables

This open enclosure was designed to securely retain the USB cables in this [Aukey PA-T11 charger](https://de.aukey.com/products/accel-60w-quick-charge-3-0-with-6-usb-ports) that is used in our common room to prevent them from being stolen. It is made up of two halfshells that need to be screwed together using M3x10 screws and nuts. It furthermore provides holding points for cable ties as shown in the picture. The USB plugs plastic jacket must not be longer than 18mm in order for the halfshells to close correctly. The hole for the cable has a diameter of 6.7mm. The enclosure was designed using Autodesk Fusion 360 and the design file is attached to this project. It may be used to change the dimensions of the holder according to your needs. Supports are needed for the area where the screw is located. Other parts of the design print fine without supports.
