August Lock Yellow Adapter (1st Gen) - Parametric

Parametric remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2922161 using Openscad. Needed a way to change the adapter length and turnpiece rotation angle from the original, all dimensions are configurable via customizer. Printed with a brim at 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill. I ended up using 80 degrees for the `tailpiece_rotation_degrees` value.
