Instructions to Build a Customized Auger Using the Following Options: We will build this custom auger with specific details, making it unique to your needs. Here are the parameters we'll use: 1. The flight radius of our auger is 30 units, allowing for precision in digging holes. 2. The perimeter thickness will be 0 units, making it extremely thin and perfect for drilling precise holes. 3. The flight thickness is set at 1 unit, adding strength to our tool while keeping it light weight. 4. Our flight length is an impressive 150 units, capable of handling tough drilling tasks with ease. 5. When dealing with overhanging areas that the printer cannot handle, we have given ourselves a buffer of 20 units, ensuring a smooth finish even in difficult situations. 6. To create multiple layers for better performance and to achieve greater depth when needed, we will have 2 flights in total, one above the other, allowing for enhanced drilling efficiency. 7. Build Plate Dimensions: Manual adjustments were made with our x-axis set at 200 units and our y-axis at an equal value of 200 units. 8. Twist has been applied to our auger shaft at a significant rate of 1020 units per cycle ensuring that every piece is unique and meets our specific standards. 9. Right-handed twist will be utilized, as it better suits most user needs. 10. A solid auger shaft radius measuring 10 units in thickness gives this custom build superior stability and helps in minimizing wobbling.
