Humans can create 3D printed models in NYLON using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) for trucks as shown in this video: https://youtu.be/tPoyGHQQrmI. Printing with resin, utilizing SLA/DLP technology, is also feasible, but I have yet to attempt it. FDM printing poses significant challenges, especially on the auger/screws.
