This custom system propels kibble sideways into a cat's food bowl using an auger and servo, while a laser fence monitors volume. Initially printed on a Thing-O-Matic, it faced challenges with hopper design until a solution was found. The auger splits in half for easy assembly; attach the servo horn and mount to the auger's center. A centered auger within the T reduces binding issues. Sketchup files and Arduino code are provided for DIY enthusiasts. Check out the YouTube video for a completed project!
