Aufbewahrungsbox für Nagelfräser "COSLUS"Diese habe ich von Amazon und da war leider keine Box dabei...Das Coslus Fräsergerät ist 150mm lang und hat 20,7mm im DurchmesserIch habe die in die Grundbox einsteckbaren Aufnahmeringe mit 20,5mm im Durchmesser gemacht.Der einsteckbare Sochel hat 21x10mm und ist 8mm tief.Die Aufnahmeöffnung in der Box ist 21,2x10,2 und 8mm tiefIch habe diese beiden Befestigungsringe nur fest in die Öffnung drücken müssen.Sie halten auch ohne Kleber sehr fest.Wer die Dimension der Befestigunsringe ändern möchte kann die FreeCAD Datei entsprechend anpassenDie mitgelieferten Fräserstifte haben 2,3mm im DurchmesserFür die Fräserstifte habe ich die Aufnahme mit TPU gemacht.Dabei hat ein 2,7mm Loch am besten gepasst...schrumpft bisschen..Wer da was ändern möchte kann die FreeCAD Datei entsprechend anpassenFür das Deckelgelenk habe ich 2x M3x14mm Schrauben mit Sicherheitsmutter verwenden.Happy Printing! Storage box for nail cutters "COSLUS"I got this from Amazon and unfortunately there was no box included...The Coslus milling cutter is 150mm long and 20.7mm in diameterI made the mounting rings that can be inserted into the basic box with a diameter of 20.5mm.The insertable base measures 21x10mm and is 8mm deep.The opening in the box is 21.2x10.2 and 8mm deepI just had to press these two fastening rings firmly into the opening.They hold very firmly even without glue.If you want to change the dimensions of the fastening rings, you can adapt the FreeCAD file accordinglyThe cutter bits included have a diameter of 2.3mmFor the burr pins I made the holder with TPU.A 2.7mm hole worked best...it shrinks a bit...If you want to change something, you can adapt the FreeCAD file accordinglyFor the lid joint I used 2x M3x14mm screws with safety nuts.Happy Printing!
