Auerlia, Warrior of Valhalla (Scale Mail Armor)

Scale mail made for my daughter Aurelia this Halloween season. I created Scale Mail around the design by ellrabin and added a curve to it so it resembles real scale mail more accurately. I printed the curved scales in large quantities as well as smaller ones, then sewed them onto a jacket that was soon going to be too small for her. Pauldrons were made from the "Shoulder Armor" design by yzorg, which I cut in half to make printing easier. After scaling it down 60% to fit Aurelia's size, I used a pin vice to drill holes so they could be sewn onto the jacket backing. Aurelia's helmet was crocheted by my wife, who can also provide that design if needed.
