This is a 3D scan of an enormous Corpse Flower. The 3D scanner typically yields poor results when scanning delicate flowers due to its limited resolution. However, this flower stands out for its extraordinary size - it towers over 5 feet tall. Furthermore, the flower's potent stench eerily resembles rotting flesh. To add to its eccentricity, the scientific name "Amorphophallus Titanum" translates roughly to "gigantic malformed phallus." The model has been downscaled to 1:10 scale to ensure it will fit most printers. I personally witnessed and breathed in the flower's potent aroma at California Carnivores, our local nursery specializing in carnivorous plants. Although the plant itself is not carnivorous, it fits seamlessly into the collection of unusual specimens on display.
