Fits Audison or Hertz 3 inch mid and tweet combo. The circles for the speakers fit perfectly, with outer edges that aren't completely round but look great to me. I used Dynamat for sound deadening, or you could print it solid. Without the Dynamat, it sounded hollow, but my speakers are crossed over high, so it wasn't terrible.
