Audio Technica - Wingsystem Desk Hook

I just got a new pair of Audio Technica ATH-ADG1 headphones and couldn't find any mount or stand that fit their unique wingsystem. Most Audio Technica headphones use the same system, so this model should work for them all. To keep it stable, rest the rear top bar along the top hook and the wing system on both edges. It's surprisingly sturdy, even when a curious cat gets involved - just check out the images for proof! The holes are 6mm x 4mm x 20mm tapered carpenter screws, likely 6g in size. I tested my model at 100mm/s with 20% infill in PLA and it's strong enough to hold its own. The version shown is a prototype, featuring just a slim base plate and spacer to get the driver/headband spacing right before combining them. The uploaded model is now a single unit with an AT logo on it - make sure it's resting on its back for best results. Printer Settings Brand: RepRap Model: Kossel Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.25mm Infill: 20% Notes: Feel free to adjust the layer height as needed, I chose 0.25mm for speed and it turned out perfectly. Just print on its back. Design Process I used Fusion 360 to design this mount - a great tool for bringing your ideas to life!
