Audio Technica ATH-910 PRO headset earcup holder repair
thingiverse
This repair kit includes two vital components for the Audio Technica ATH-910 PRO headset: the primary earcup holder and a tiny clasp that securely attaches to the main pin at the back. These parts can be seamlessly integrated into either side of the headset. To achieve optimal results, I strongly suggest using a generous amount of infill, as this will significantly enhance the overall strength of the piece. Given its thin profile, a 0.1 mm layer height is highly recommended; however, my initial prototypes printed at 0.2 mm also demonstrated impressive structural integrity. When it comes to support structures, it's essential to provide adequate foundation beneath the pins. Nevertheless, if you overdo it with excessive support, you'll inadvertently fill in the pin and clasp holes. Thankfully, you can carefully extract this support in one piece using small pliers. Alternatively, if your printer is capable of navigating complex bridging patterns, you may opt for minimal support under just the pins.
