Audio Signal Power Switch Case
thingiverse
This twin extrusion housing was crafted for a 120VAC power switch circuit that automatically turns hi-fi apparatus (monoblocks, preamp, etc.) on/off as soon as it detects a line-level audio signal. Find more specifics at http://lurp.org/projects/signal-switch. Constructed with ABS using an MBI 2X and 50% fill rate, 3 shells, and .20mm height via MakerWare / Skeinforge. Better results are achieved if the text filament (as seen in blue) prints second on the first layer. To achieve this without modifying g-code is unknown to me, but removing Signal_Switch_Lid-pt2.stl is an option for single strusion users.
