I've tried numerous sound deflectors for my iPad mini, all of which fell short, often compromising essential elements such as bass response and stereo separation provided by the tablet's tiny speakers. In pursuit of a more effective solution, I took matters into my own hands and decided to design one myself. After discovering that both angle and thickness significantly impact performance, it wasn't long before I had produced seven prototypes - all leading up to this moment. With impressive results now at hand, here are the key takeaways: I achieve exceptional stereo separation when using my sound deflector in portrait mode. Amplification is maximized without any compromise on bass response. This innovative design maintains a compact and ergonomic form factor that seamlessly integrates with the iPad, allowing users to leave it attached at all times without significantly adding bulk. A stable and well-engineered design prevents accidental dislodging from the iPad, ensuring trouble-free operation. Moreover, it allows for connection via Lightning cable during active use. It's worth noting that my sound deflector has been specifically engineered to work seamlessly with the Smart Case, ensuring a precise fit on iPad mini models.
