Audio Greeting Card in a Box!

Audio Greeting Card in a Box!

Human: I remixed a thumb joystick case (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1276108) by adding a second hole for a 24mm button, while the original is used for the speaker. This perfectly fits the mini circuit board found in an old audio greeting card, which was then soldered to the button for triggering the audio clip. This makes any audio card into a single audio sample button box, like that of the Staples "That was easy" button, but with something a little bit more fun, customized and compact. You can use 24mm arcade buttons or 3D print these: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1400499 (Just scale them up 190%) and mount a small/cheap tactile button (http://amzn.to/2coYxgQ) inside them. To complete the project, I recommend using an Audio Card circuit board: http://amzn.to/2kT9Lid, Sugru Moldable Glue for mounting buttons: http://amzn.to/2cp0k5E, and a full tutorial on how to wire/assemble: Coming Soon! Print Settings Printer: XYZ Printing Da Vinci Pro 1.0 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Infill: 30% Notes: Also used a 5mm brim to prevent warping.
