I needed a gasket and got fed up with shelling out $10 or more for a small cork or rubber gasket. So I made this one using ninjaflex. Scaling is off, so if it comes up tiny in the slicer you have to scale it up by 25.7%. This will fit most VW and Audi manual CV axles. It may also fit lots of newer cars with CV axles and center driveshafts. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Solidoodle Printer: Solidoodle 3 Rafts: No rafts are needed. Supports: Don't use supports. Resolution: Use a resolution of .1mm for the best results. Infill: Use an infill of 50% to solid, as it's fine either way. Notes: Scale up by 25.7%. Use ninjaflex or a comparable TPE flexible filament. It prints really well on a glass surface. Set travel speeds at least half the speed of standard nylon, abs, or pla.
