Human needed to remove the Audi Wheel Nut Cap without causing damage to the plastic cap, as it was no longer present and presumably taken by those responsible for tire changes years prior. Taking rough measurements, I created a simple model using Google Sketchup, which printed out quickly. To manufacture this item, follow these steps: Print with two layers of thin shells. Set your resolution at 0.2mm. Fill the print 100% solid. Both PLA and ABS plastics work fine for this process.
