This RAR file contains a detailed exterior model with simple interior, exported in various formats such as MAX, OBJ, LWO, C4D, FBX and 3DS. For the MAX format, it includes 3ds Max 2011 with V-Ray materials and renders, along with lighting and render setup. However, Photoshop was used to correct contrast, brightness, saturation, so the render results may differ. A Photoshop CS6 macro file (.atn) is also included for post-production. The OBJ format offers two versions of the model: one exported without collapsing after mesh smooth and another with mesh smooth applied. Similarly, LWO and C4D formats provide a model exported without collapsing after mesh smooth, while FBX and 3DS formats include a model with mesh smooth already applied. Textures may have to be added manually in some cases. The model has a polycount of 530,000 polygons without mesh smooth and 3,250,000 faces/1,750,000 polygons when collapsed.
