These wheels are inspires by the Audi R18 LeMans Diameter of the rim is 20mm and the tire is 23mm (quite large). The wheels can easily be made wider by increasing the width of the tire and loop. The loops are designed to set your own custom offset which enabled me to make the wheels look like wide and narrows
