This is a replica of the hood release cable guide sleeve for the Audi B2, B3, and C3 chassis. It may fit more. The C4 and B4 cars have slightly different items for which I do not have an original to replicate. These may work with these cars but I do not know. It is item 20 in the included parts diagram. I've also included a photo of the factory part. Fairly fine detail, probably best printed with a resin printer.
