Audi does not offer separate sales of bushings for the Audi A8 front anti-roll (sway) bar. Instead, they provide a complete front anti-roll bar with pre-mounted bushings. If you're looking to save on the cost of several hundred dollars, consider creating your own bushings. To do this, start by removing the original rubber components, which are likely worn out in certain areas. Using coarse sandpaper, scrape off any remaining bits from the anti-roll bar. You may need to heat up the parts and apply water-based lubricant to ensure they don't move around afterwards. A crowbar or similar tool can be used to "snap" them into place before sliding them onto the bar. For printing your own bushings, nylon filament is a suitable choice. Adjusting its density will allow you to achieve the desired level of firmness; it's recommended to use 70% or higher for optimal results.
