Any Audi enthusiast recognizes the flaw in these factory covers - they fail to stay clipped on securely. To address this issue, I created a replacement using Fusion 360 with an improved clip design. You may need to adjust its dimensions by scaling up or down slightly to achieve a perfect fit. This part requires additional support during printing, so I printed it upright to maintain the cover's original finish. After removal of the supports, some light sanding is necessary to smooth out the surface. Since the part will likely be sliced at 100% infill, I chose this setting for optimal results.
