AUDI A4 B9 series power windows switch extensions

This is a snap-on extension for AUDI A4 B9 series power window switches. They permit a disabled mate (he is a tetraplegic with limited hand movement) to operate the window switches in his modified A4. It requires removing and re-installing the door cards to remove the small top plates on the switches but once these are removed, these extensions snap on and don't require the door cards to be removed again
