UPDATE : Catch Can Concept Added - Still a Work in Progress! Audi's Have a Few Oil Consumption Issues with PCV Valves, So I'm Developing a Cheaper Printed System Instead of $600 PCV Delete Kits. This Project is a Work in Progress and I'll Keep Adding New Parts as They're Finished and Tested. So Far, the Plug and Locking End Cap Work Great and Bypass 50% of the PCV System. I Will Soon Complete the Second Part Along with a Modular Oil Catch Can. UPDATE 2: I've Added a New Component to Be Installed Between the Rear PCV Port and the Turbo Intake, Disconnecting the PCV from the Engine Entirely. This Means No More Oil Being Sucked into the Manifold or Turbo Intake, Coking Valves, or Knocking Octane Points Off Your Fuel. You'll Notice Smoke/Stem Coming from Your PCV Pipe Now - Don't Try to Plumb It to an Oil Catchcan/Filtration System. (This May Not Be Legal in Many Places) This Component Can be Printed in ABS (It Needs Heat Resistance) or Cut Out of G10 Fiberglass. Anyone Interested in Contributing to This Project is Welcome to Chime In! UPDATE: I've Added the Start of the Catch Can ( Warning - These Are Untested and Not Complete; Print Only for Concept ) Instructions Print the Plug at Low to Medium Resolution You May Need to Change Orientation So It Prints on Its End with Hole Side Up. Fit 2 x 19mm O-Rings (3mm Thick) This Fits into the Plenum Chamber Hose Fitting Where the PCV Hose Connects onto the Manifold. The Endcap Takes 2 x M3 Bolts or Screws to Fit Over the Hose Fitting, Holding the Plug in Place. By Screwing the 2 M3 Bolts In, It Will Lock the Cap to the Pipe. It Won't Slip Off Since the Barb of the Pipe is Larger Than the Screws Locking It in Place. I Did Fit a Small Piece of Foam Inside the Endcap for a Snug Fit to the Back of the Plug. Soon to Come is the Catch-Can with All Fittings (Less the Actual Hose) This Will Include Brackets to Bolt It into the Engine Bay, Hose Barbs Attaching to the Can Itself, an Oil Filter Separator System, and Possibly a Replacement PCV Blocking Plate.
