I couldn't find anything similar to this online, so I made my own. My wiper arms are also missing a metal cylinder that goes through the holes, meaning that anyone who's going to use my part will have to remove theirs, as well. In the pictures you can see that most of the upper body is outside of the wiper arm. The one in the files has an improved design, meaning that you can install it however you wish.
