The initial purpose of this heat shield was for a B5 model A4 (1997-2001) with 1.8T engine, but it proved effective. It's also compatible with a B7 variant and possibly a B6 with minor adjustments. To replicate, lay the parts flat, create a .dxf file, and consult a local sheet metal workshop for custom manufacturing - resulting in significantly lowered intake temperatures.
