I added some stiffening ribs to the back of another design to boost its overall rigidity. My initial print used PLA without any ribs, and it deformed noticeably in direct sunlight. I promptly revised the design to add ribs and printed it with ABS instead. This change resolved the deformation issues and has worked flawlessly for over a year now. The magnetic swivel mount was sourced from Amazon and is attached using double-sided adhesive.
