Resolution was fine for me but maybe a finer resolution may produce a smoother result and might be less tight fitting.Play with the orientation of the print. Printing with the part upright produces a cleaner print however the tab at the bottom ended up snapping along the filament line after a while. I instead printed horizontally, which ended up looking a bit dirty and rough, but it gave that tab more strength and it hasn't snapped since.
