The ATZB-S1-256-3-0-C ZigBit® module by Atmel® is a miniature, energy-efficient 2.4GHz IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee® device. Powered by the ATmega256RFR2 SoC and AVR's 8-bit microcontroller, it features a high-speed transceiver for the 2.4GHz ISM band, offering data rates from 250kb/s to 2Mb/s. The module ensures robust wireless communication via exceptional receiver sensitivity and high transmit power. Suitable for wireless sensing, monitoring, control, and data acquisition applications, it streamlines RF development and accelerates time-to-market. It includes an MS-147 RF connector for testing and a built-in, application-ready antenna tuned specifically for the ZigBit design.
