ATX to bench Powersupply
thingiverse
I drew inspiration from the DroneBot workshop tutorial to transform an old ATX desktop power supply into a versatile bench power supply. Currently, I am configuring it for 5 volts and 12 volts using a precise volt amp meter. In the future, I plan to add a variable output feature that will allow me to obtain 3.3 volts or 6 volts from this setup as needed. This repurposed ATX box has an abundance of unused outputs available for use. I tailored it specifically to meet my requirements and expectations. If anyone is interested in utilizing the Fusion 360 files I created, please don't hesitate to reach out. Additionally, I designed a pair of brackets to securely attach the ATX box and front panel to the wooden block.
