ATX Power Supply Rack Based

This is an ATX Bench Power Supply hosted in a 8" Rack. It is based on Bench top power supply - TFX, not ATX based https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4711395 But it is hosted in an 8" Rack instead to have flexibility to change panels. Updates 2022-01-20 Panel for Variable Voltage added This needs a [FNIRSI DC580](http://www.fnirsi.cn/productinfo/481353.html) 2022-02-07 Added a right adjusted ATX Panel to have place on left side for cables. 2022-02-10 Added a bar on Fixed and Variable Voltage Panels to get them more stabile. 2022-02-24 Updated Variable Voltage Panel for better fit of USB contacts.
