The ATX mount now replaces my old paperboard box, and I've upgraded it to version 0.1 due to two minor issues. Firstly, the screw positioning requires the use of tongs as no other tool can access them; they will be fixed to the bottom of the upper extrusion. Secondly, while it's more unstable than anticipated, it's stable enough not to fall off. You may need to personalize your AC and DC power connections from the power supply. The OpenScad file is highly customizable. By setting MOUNTED=true in OpenScad, you can view the mounted version.
