ATX Power Supply Case
thingiverse
This is a straightforward project to convert an atx power supply into six output configuration. I've utilized it as 5v, two 12v and three ground outputs but any combination is feasible even including 3.3v. Proficiency in electrical work is necessary and generally there's no need to open the power supply itself. It's advisable to have a load on the 5v supply and the 12v to stabilize the voltage. The switch I've employed measures 13mm x 20mm. A different switch would necessitate alteration of the front panel STL. Four 3mm bolts are utilized to secure the front, while superglue is used to fasten the side portion to the power supply case. I've included a front panel that may be more beneficial in preventing accidental short circuits during operation. Use only one panel in construction.
