ATX Power Supply

Design

I designed the housing in Fusion 360. Each of the 6 sides of the box are separate prints to prevent the need of support. The 'box' is assembled with 8 M3 screws into unthreaded holes. The box is mounted to the ATX case with 4 more M3 screws. Note the sides are thin and slide into tracks; they are printed infill only to allow good airflow. I used ABS for sturdiness and heat resistance.

Electronics

I followed the DroneBot Workshop setup.

Parts

Hercules ATX power supply

http://athenapower.com/node/191#

USB panel flush mount connector

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073HXLKTL

Terminal blocks & wire connectors

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GBYYVQB

LED Multi-meter panel display

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XR2XKNT

Banana plugs

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VNXBSZM

Rocker switch (front panel on-off)

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08B84H8WL

LED's blue & green

16 ea M3x8 screws

6 stick-on felt feet (to prevent the metal case and screws from scratching the work surface)
